When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 7 business days, or sooner.
Once your order is received, it will be reviewed and you will be sent a confirmation email within 1 business day with the scheduled ship and arrival dates.
A few things that effect processing time: Preparing Artwork, Layout Approvals and Item Availability.

How do I customize the item?
Access the detailed information by clicking the "Personalize/Order" button to the right of each item. Most items have drop down menu's with available options for customizing the figure, color and engraving font (e.g. Trophy item #AAT025 is shown with a female soccer player and a blue backdrop, but you could select a male baseball player and a red back drop). We listed the most common options, but there is always more available so please contact us.

Trophy & Figure heights?
Items with figures vary in height depending on the figure chosen. Item height is listed using an average height for that figure group.

Do you give discounts for large quantities?
Yes. If you have a large order, it never hurts to ask! While our prices are extremely competitive, if we are able to reduce our costs with a large order, we will gladly give quantity discounts.

Artwork & Logo Formats
Our art department has the ability to accommodate most artwork formats. If you are not sure about the formatting, please send us your file and we will review it.
Our preferred formats in order:
1) .eps, .cdr & .ai (convert fonts to lines)
2) .pdf
3).psd (600 dpi)
4).jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp, .png (600 dpi)
5) MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

What if my awards are engraved incorrectly?
In the event of an error on our part, we will replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. If the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling for a name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as we can for a nominal fee. Regardless of the nature of the error, we will make every effort to have the corrected awards to you in time for presentation.

Do you keep record of previous orders?
Yes. We archive the information on items, quantities and contact only, please contact us if you need this information. We do not keep credit card or other financial information unless you request that we do so.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Checks will be accepted, however: Orders will not be processed until checks have cleared. Please allow additional time when paying for your order by check. A deposit of 50% of the invoice is required on all orders over $500.00. The deposit may be secured by credit card with the remaining balance paid by credit card, cash or check.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, contact us for information on completing a credit application. Approval is the sole discretion of Arrow Awards. Most initial orders, however must be paid in full at time of order.
